Hayk Mamajanyan, Esq.

Hayk focuses on strategic, and transactional matters acting both as a legal advisor and a strategic partner for his clients. Hayk represents entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and investors principally in technology and other related industries.

Prior to HVM Law, Hayk gained valuable experience in local and cross-border deals and successfully represented startups, funds, investors, large financial institutions in corporate and project financing transactions for more than $500 million in the aggregate. Hayk is also an avid angel investor and technology enthusiast.

George Krboyan

George heads the firm's intellectual property practice including litigation and registration prosecution in courts, in arbitrations and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. George consults on litigation and transactional issues pertaining to all aspects of intellectual property.

Prior to joining the firm, George gained his knowledge of local foreign trademark filings and assisted clients with defending, enforcing trademarks and copyrights, as well as patent prosecution. George assisted with complex re-structuring and re-organizing various IP departments as well as developing and managing products from design phase to mass production.

Daniela Palgi

Daniela is a foreign attorney, focused on corporate and commercial law, high-tech transactions including private equity financing (VCs and others) and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining our firm, Daniela practiced law in one of Israel's most prestigious law firms, and gained experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and international transactions. Daniela was a teaching assistant at the Tel-Aviv University, teaching legal aspects of high-tech companies, as well as the president of the Debate club at her university, and the head of delegation to compete at the Sorbonne University in Paris.

Yijie "Eva Yang" Corbett, Esq.

Yijie is our special counsel for business immigration matters as well as our China practice. She is the founder and principal and Honest Law/ Before starting her own practice, Yjie worked as a senior attorney for a top-tier immigration firm for five years.

Yijie represents foreign individuals and corporations in the area of business immigration in the U.S., including extraordinary ability visa applications (O-1, EB-1A), investment visa applications (E-2; EB-5), and business/profession visa applications (H-1B, TN, L-1, EB-1C, NIW, EB-2, EB-3 etc.). Yijie is well versed in applications with complex issues and RFE and NOID responses. She assists clients in strategizing a personalized immigration plan. She is a certified global mobility specialist and consults and assists both individual and corporate clients in U.S. outbound visa applications, and third country residence and citizenship applications. Yijie has also worked with organizations advocating for immigrant and refugee’s rights such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) clinics, the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and International Justice Program.

Nshan Matevosyan

Nshan is Of Counsel at HVM Law. Nshan specializes in corporate law and financing matters, as well as other commercial transactions.

Most recently, Nshan served as a corporate attorney in Armenia, working on various investment matters, including large financing deals where he represented international financial institutions in multi-million dollar investments in the banking industry and critical infrastructure sectors. Nshan is licensed to practice law in Armenia and is about to take the Bar in the US.

Irina Aleksanyan, Esq.

Irina is a corporate and employment associate at HVM Law. She advises clients regarding corporate, general business, and employment matters.

Before joining HVM, Irina focused on general and employment litigation, including participating in mediations, arbitrations, court hearings, and trials in state and federal courts, by working with law firms in Los Angeles as an associate attorney. She successfully represented many clients and obtained high six-figure settlements. Earlier in her career, Irina clerked for Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes, and Hardcore Gang Divisions.

Eddie Avakian, Esq.

Eddie is a corporate and commercial attorney and an associate at HVM Law Corporation, PC. Armed with sharp attention to detail, Eddie focuses on various transactional matters, ranging from entity formations and startup fundraisings to corporate M&A transactions.
